General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of 2WHEELZMEDIA
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between 2WHEELZMEDIA and our customers. By ordering services or products from 2WHEELZMEDIA, you accept these GTC in the currently valid version.
2. Warranty and guarantee
2WHEELZMEDIA creates and delivers media content to the best of its knowledge and belief. No guarantee is given for specific results or effects of the media content created. Any complaints regarding the delivered content must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the previews.Â
3. Data protection
2WHEELZMEDIA treats all personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. Only images for which it has been clearly communicated that the faces may be shown publicly, e.g. through declarations of consent from the persons depicted at events, will be published. Further details on data processing and storage can be found in our privacy policy.
4. Orders and terms of payment
Orders for services and products can be placed in writing using the online form. Payment is made by TWINT, PayPal or bank transfer.
5. Delivery
The ordered media content is delivered in the form of digital downloads. The images will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project and will be agreed individually with the customer.
6. Liability
2WHEELZMEDIA is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. No liability is accepted for damage caused during transportation or by improper use of the media content supplied.
7. Returns and refunds
As 2WHEELZMEDIA sends previews of the ordered media content before the final delivery and the customer has the opportunity to check them, no refunds will be made. By accepting the previews, the customer confirms the accuracy and satisfaction with the content created.
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply to all disputes arising from or in connection with contracts between 2WHEELZMEDIA and the customer. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of 2WHEELZMEDIA in Switzerland.
